We understand how busy your personal schedule can be, especially when you’re balancing your child’s schedule on top of it, so we reserve your appointment time specifically for you and do our best to remain on time. If you need to reschedule an appointment, we request 48 business hours advanced notice or a fee will be accessed to your account.
At Tooth Fairy World we are committed to helping you put your best smile forward, so we work with our patients to help maximize their insurance benefits. Insurance policies vary from provider to provider, so we will estimate your coverage, but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated portion is due at the time of service and we will bill the insurance company, allowing for 45 days to provide payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the balance, paid-in-full.
We will provide a breakdown of the fees before treatment begins, as your portion is due at the time of service. To help accommodate your budget, we accept the following payment options:

- Financing through CareCredit
We submit claims the same day of service. Please notify us of any changes in your dental insurance to avoid payment complications. Dental service charges are the responsibility of the patient (or responsible party) and not of the insurance company. After 30 days of service, we do not re-bill the insurance company. Please note that the State of Illinois’ group plans are self-funded and claims are paid by the state as funds become available.
